WordPress

WebDesign_mWordPress is an amazingly versatile tool. You can use it to create a blog. You can use it to create a website. In fact, you can use it to create a website with a blog. Planning ahead can save you hours of time later down the road. What does that mean? Taking the time to select a domain you will be happy to live with, a theme that is flexible enough to meet your needs, and a platform that can grow with you are all things you can do today to ensure you’ll have what you need in place tomorrow.

Best case, your business is going to do as well or better than your highest expectations. When that happens, you will need to devote your time and energy to fulfilling customer expectations – not to tweaking a website and/or blog that could have been designed to meet your future needs. Worst case, your business will hit a few more bumps than you envisioned. When that happens, you will need to devote your time and energy to engaging new customers. Going back to the start with your website and/or blog might be necessary, then again, that may not be part of the problem. If it is, wouldn’t it be nice to have a website and/or blog that is easy to change?

For these exact reasons, WordPress is a great choice. I know because I’ve used several blogging and hosting services. I’ve also used several website design applications. This website and blog were built by me with WordPress – and I’m still smiling.
